Donald Trump’s Daughter Visits Jaisalmer, Security Heightened

-Jaisalmer: US President Donald Trump’s daughter Tiffany Trump arrived in Jaisalmer in Rajasthan on Sunday along with her husband Michael Boulos for a private visit, officials said. The couple reached Jaisalmer Civil Airport from Delhi in a private plane amid tight security arrangements. They were received by District Collector Anupama Jorwal and Superintendent of Police Abhishek Shivhare.

Special arrangements were made for the couple at a hotel in the Sam Road area. Security has been stepped up across the city with the deployment of personnel from local police, Indian security agencies and the US Secret Service.

The couple is scheduled to visit major tourist attractions such as Sonar Fort, Patwon Ki Haveli and Gadisar Lake during their stay.

After staying overnight, they are expected to leave for Delhi on Monday, officials said. They said the visit created excitement among local tourism stakeholders.
