The Morning Poll: Would you cut down on meat and dairy to cut carbon emissions?

Ed Miliband has agreed a legally binding target requiring the UK to reduce carbon emissions by 87 per cent by 2040, in line with recommendations from the Committee on Climate Change.

To achieve the target, households will need to make changes such as switching to electric cars, replacing gas boilers with heat pumps and reducing meat and dairy consumption.
