Massive setback for India as Rishabh Pant stretchered off after nasty foot injury in 4th Test

The injury seems severe, the pants reported that they could not give weight to their feet. Physio initially helped the field, but because of the scope of his distress, a small ambulance emerged to take him. When the vehicle was leaving the ground, “writhing in pain” was seen.

This last decline comes after the pant’s finger injury in the previous test. His separation means that Ravindra Jadeja is in the middle for India. The severity of the pant’s foot injury and his return to the series immediately remained uncertain and shadow India’s fourth test.
