Tartan Army marches through the streets like something out of ‘Braveheart’ ahead of match with Morocco

World Cup fans embrace American culture during tournament
Host Aisha Hasnie and Fox News contributor Joe Concha explore the unique cultural experiences of foreign fans attending the FIFA World Cup in the United States. They showcase viral social media posts from fans discovering American favorites like Waffle House and Big Gulps. A heartwarming video also features Scottish fans celebrating their team by serenading them in overalls in a New England neighborhood.
After the United States booked its ticket to the Round of 32 by winning its second match of the tournament against Australia, all attention turned to the Scotland team, which had become America’s second favorite in the FIFA World Cup.
The Tartan Army have been putting on a show since (and before, to be honest) their arrival in the United States, and spirits were high as they made their way to the World Cup for the first time in 28 years. They got off to a good start by beating Haiti 1-0.
On Friday, they were preparing for their second match of the tournament against a very good team from Morocco, who had drawn against Brazil.

Look what happened before the match?
I was expecting to see Mel Gibson, with blue paint on his face, leading me down the street.
How can you not get carried away by this? Bagpipes, drinks, skirts! You have to miss a beat to not get caught up in it.

Scottish fans were well represented in the stadium and loudly sang their unofficial national anthem, “Flower of Scotland”.
Unfortunately it didn’t take long for the excitement to die down a bit as Morocco scored an early goal in the second minute and that was what they needed.
Scotland pressed hard late on and created some great opportunities, but it wasn’t enough; Morocco won 1-0.
