Sucic Puts Croatia in Front, Lead Ghana 1-0

Croatia and Ghana enter their final Group L match on Sunday with their World Cup fates in their own hands; A draw would send both sides to the last 32 and a high-scoring match is unlikely.
Ghana is in second place in the group, with a difference of 4 points from leader England. Croatia remain one point behind in third place, knowing they cannot finish lower after beating bottom side Panama, who are yet to earn a point.
But Croatia are aware that three points, especially paired with a negative goal difference, may not be enough to earn one of the eight best third places in the knockout round, and will leave nothing to chance.
Both sides claimed a 1-0 victory over Panama, but Croatia lost 4-2 to England while Ghana forced the group leaders into a pointless draw, leaving them in pole position to progress.
