I’m a psychotherapist who treats A-list celebrities – can you guess the psychological problem they ALL suffer from?

According to a psychotherapis with a series of Lists A list, mental health difficulties of celebrities often cause a problematic relationship with their parents.

According to Dr Sarah Boss, a psychotherapist who operates luxury rehabilitation securities, all of them are known as the binding trauma.

This trauma, which is caused by an unhealthy relationship with a parent, can then lead to problems of substance addiction, isolation and trust.

Mailonline Dr Boss talked about: ‘The attachment trauma is definitely represented by famous customers.

‘The reason for this is that they usually come from extremely successful families, so they are looked at by people on the payroll rather than their parents – not a good start in life.

For the first generation celebrities, they usually have hard parenting history, but this is not necessarily a healthy relationship.

‘This difficulty can often cause creativity, but also offers difficulties in establishing long -term relationships.

‘In order to live a balanced life, you must be able to arrange emotions by itself, but this may be difficult with the underlying attachment trauma – patients with this problem are usually under pressure or abused by those around them and question who their real friends are.’

While ‘normal’ people often suffer from this, they explain that they are increasing by the famous lifestyle.

Dr Sarah Boss deals with a series of lists in rehabilitation.

“As a celebrity, life requires more self -regulation than you need to work in an office, Dr says Dr Boss.

‘It lacks the structure and higher heights like being on the stage, and at the same time lack the lowest levels when touring, for example.’

Psychotherapist also says that its famous customers are often struggling to establish permanent relationships.

“For celebrities’ friends and partners, everything you do with them is hard to be a part of someone’s life when everything is photographed or written, Dr says Dr Boss.

‘For the celebrity, this leads to confidence in superficial friends – over time, this leads to a sense of insecurity that others are used and insecurity.

‘Some of the problem is that they have frequently lost their basic development years, so they have not established strong relationships.’

The combination of attachment trauma, printing and insulation means that DR Boss sees a number of famous customers suffering from substance addiction.

“It is a real issue for our customers who are easily exposed to substance addiction, and try to spray their problems on their own, D said Dr Boss says.

‘We see more for young customers who abuse drugs like ketamine, often an unhealthy relationship with alcohol for adult patients.’

Psychotherapist explains that he treats a 46 -year -old Hollywood player with more than one mental health problems leading to serious substance addiction.

He said: ‘He had severe alcoholism and abused cocaine and sleep medications. He was drinking a few bottles of wine a day.

“ Used cocaine to wake up and the sedatives used to go to bed. He completely trusted his survival items. They were a coping strategy for the underlying emotional problems. ‘

Dr Boss said that the actor began to affect his work as an actor of substance addiction.

“ There was a terrible concern in the film sets and Big Hollywood parties had very bad social anxiety. Social media and online was constantly struggling with the judiciary, ” he explained.

The pressure was too much. The public world and the social network began to withdraw.

‘His wife left him and finally insisted on treatment of children.’

‘There was a childhood trauma without an address, and he had to learn how to edit the nervous system without matter.

After detox, he had awareness activities such as intense psychotherapy, somatic experience and yoga.

“ Joined a recurrence group, made changes with his loved ones and closed to move forward with his life. For a few months after maintenance and so far remains sober. ‘

It explains that the famous customers suffer from the same problems, no matter what sector they are, but a few face different difficulties.

“We see that they often lose the ability to eat intuitive food for sports stars, which can lead to eating disorders or unhealthy relationship with food, ” he says.

‘Often, while seeing young musicians and actors who feel that they have lost a part of themselves with fame, this leads to disappointment and other mental health difficulties.’

Psychotherapist, according to Dr Boss, said that he saw stars under the age of 13, where social media will be blamed.

He calls people to be online for celebrities.

“There is a real lack of empathy towards celebrities, and social media has made a voice to contribute to everyone, Dr says Dr Boss.
