Manhunt continues in deaths of Great Denham mum and children

Efforts are continuing to capture the murder suspect who is believed to have killed a mother and her two children before fleeing England.

Bedfordshire Police broke into a house on Carnoustie Drive in Great Denham, near Bedford, on Monday after receiving reports the family had not been seen for several days.

Deputy Chief Constable John Murphy said: “We have identified a suspect who we believe is known to all three victims and has since fled the country.”

As tributes were paid to the victims, a woman in tears laid flowers at the scene and said: “We are truly sorry we lost her. She was a very compassionate mother.”
