– Thames Water has confirmed there are supply issues in the south of England, with properties in east London, north-west London, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire affected.
– In total, 17 postcodes in these regions experienced supply issues. You can see the full list of postal codes here.
– It seems that it has created separate problems in east London, north-west London and in the hometowns.
-The explosion of the water network was blamed for the low water pressure in London.
– But in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, Thames Water says customers may have low pressure ‘due to exceptionally high demand during recent warm weather’.
– Britain wakes up to the second day of its third heatwave this summer; Temperatures are expected to reach 33C in London and exceed the 30C mark in other water-stressed areas.
– Thames Water promised a new update on the situation by 10am on Thursday.
