Watch: Greece forest fires burn the houses and fill the sky with smoke

Greece is struggling with five major fires throughout the country, and authorities evacuate inhabitants in a challenging region just 30 km (18.6 miles) of Athens.

The smell of wood carried to the center of Athens because it wants Greece to fight from the aid of the European Union.
