Rapper accused of rape allegedly bit and slapped victim

A British YouTuber and musician bit and slapped a young female fan while raping her after a concert, a court heard.
Rapper Yung Filly, 30, has pleaded not guilty to six counts of having sexual intercourse with a 20-year-old woman without her consent in a Perth hotel room in September 2024.
The artist, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, also denies that he prevented the woman from breathing by applying pressure to her neck and that he assaulted her three times causing bodily harm.
Barrientos and the woman initially had consensual sex in the artist’s suite at the Intercontinental Hotel, prosecutor Danielle Clarke told the District Court of Western Australia on Monday.
But in his opening statement, Yung said Filly became violent and began biting and slapping the woman, then raped her multiple times.
“What was supposed to be an exciting night out with her celebrity crush Yung Filly was fun until it wasn’t,” she said.
The woman allegedly suffered multiple injuries during the attack, including extensive bruises on her face and neck and bite wounds on her right breast.
The court heard the woman was a fan of Yung Filly, who went to a concert at a pub in Perth’s northern suburbs wearing her favorite lucky white top.
After Yung Filly’s set, the woman was invited to the VIP area where she met the musician.
Ms Clarke said he told her “you’re coming home with me tonight” before putting his hand down the back of his trousers.
The duo left the venue around 3 a.m. with the rapper’s all-male crew.
Ms Clarke said she believed the woman had been taken to an after-party.
Instead, they went to Yung Filly’s hotel; Here, one of the staff took his phone and the artist took him to room 217.
During sex, Barrientos allegedly bit the woman’s neck and chest multiple times.
“The bites hurt and she said ‘ouch’ and asked the defendant to be gentle,” Ms Clarke said.
Barrientos allegedly told her to stop talking and bite harder before slapping her.
Ms Clarke said during the incident Barrientos told her to say “I’m Filly’s dirty whore” but she refused.
Prosecutors say at this point the woman began to fear for her safety and withdrew her consent to sex.
“She didn’t know how to extricate herself from the situation and decided to do what the defendant wanted,” Ms Clarke said.
Barrientos allegedly raped the woman multiple times before ordering her a Wagyu burger via room service.
As the woman was preparing to leave the hotel room, one of Barrientos’ caretakers came into the room and heard the artist telling her that he was “not good in bed,” the court heard.
As she was leaving, Barrientos allegedly grabbed her breasts and asked the caretaker, “How nice are her breasts?” He was alleged to have said.
The trial continues.
