Premier, treasurer in estimates focus

Today’s 9.5-hour session began with a two-hour block examining Prime Minister David Crisafulli’s portfolio areas, including the veterans ministry, and continued until the lunch break at 1:15 p.m.

Finance Minister David Janetzki’s treasury, home ownership and energy portfolio hearings will next take place from 2 to 7 p.m.

Government and opposition MPs will use this time to question Crisafulli and Janetzki, as well as various public sector officials within their areas of responsibility.
