Jade Thirlwall ‘SPLITS from boyfriend Jordan Stephens after six years as they wipe each other from Instagram’

Jade Thirlwall has split from Rizzle Kicks boyfriend Jordan Stephens after six years of dating, according to a new report.

The former couple were living together and split their time between properties in London and Margate in Kent, but they are said to have split earlier this year.

Jordan, 34, has since deleted all traces of Jade, 33, from Instagram and has also removed all images of the singer from his own page.

Accordingly SunThey remain close and the friends hope to reconcile. Currently, they still follow each other on Instagram.

Sharing details about the alleged split, an insider told the publication: ‘Jade and Jordan had a very serious and loving relationship but recently they had some candid discussions about their future and decided to split.

‘It hasn’t been an easy time but they are both throwing themselves into the work.

‘Their friends love them as a couple and really hope they get back together but it’s still very fresh at the moment.’

The Daily Mail has approached Jade Thirlwall and Jordan Stephens for comment.

They notably failed to honor their sixth anniversary with a social media post, as they have done before.

They last appeared together at the Brit Awards in February but have not been seen together since.

Hinting at possible heartbreak when discussing working on her new album, Jade told The Fader in June: ‘I’m just writing something. Whatever I’m going through right now, like in my personal life, I’m kind of putting pen to paper.

‘I think this is the exciting or experimental phase where you don’t know what’s going to happen yet.’

Jade, who attended bandmate Perrie Edwards’ wedding this summer without Jordan, shared photos from her trip to Sri Lanka at the beginning of the year.

They met through a series of Zoom dates during quarantine.

She previously claimed finding love with Jordan during the pandemic was a ‘weird’ experience.

Jade said she was ‘not looking for anyone’ at the time as she was enjoying her independence.

Speaking in Metro’s Guilty Pleasures column at the time, he explained: ‘I finally met someone who was in quarantine, which was very strange… I quite enjoyed doing it that way.

‘We had real dates and really got to know each other. I can’t say I was looking for anyone at that time.

‘I was happy to be in isolation because I was independent. ‘I think you can still try to maintain your celibacy in quarantine.’

Jade, who split from ex-boyfriend Jed Elliott last July, said it was “really important” for her to be with someone who supported her and that she felt Jordan was a “good match”.

Jordan is one half of the pop group Rizzle Kicks, which debuted from 2008 to 2016 and went on hiatus until 2024.

Jordan also worked on Jade’s debut album, That’s Showbiz Baby! It was released last year.

Jade said at the time: ‘I actually didn’t really want to date a musician. I’ve done this before; It never ends well. But now it’s incredible. We write together.

‘He’s on my album; I am with him. Jordan features on Headache’s backing vocals.’
