Ukrainian drones hit Russian online retailer Wildberries, media and governor say

Ukrainian drones again hit warehouses belonging to Russia’s largest online retailer, injuring 10 people, according to Russian media and the regional governor.

Wildberries’ logistics centers in Krasnodar and Stavropol were hit during night strikes and workers were forced to evacuate, the company’s owner said.

Ukraine attacked the firm’s facilities for the second time in four days; Warehouses in Tambov and Elektrostal were hit on Saturday, killing eight people and wounding 62.

Kiev claimed that the warehouses were used to supply components used in the construction of Russia’s unmanned aerial vehicles and navigation equipment.

Wildberries owner Tatyana Kim said on Telegram: “There are no words to describe all the feelings and emotions caused by attacks on ordinary people, our employees, those of us who are just doing our job.”

“But these situations show the most important thing: We must continue to do what we do for the benefit of people.”
