One month since dual earthquakes rocked Venezuela

Even a month after devastating earthquakes shook Venezuela, questions still surface about the government’s emergency response. So far, 5,398 people have been confirmed dead and more than 29,000 are still reported missing. NBC News’ Gadi Schwartz speaks with survivors.
