The Sussexes are thought to have spent some time in Portugal before Harry left for the UK; His wife and children followed him a few days later. In the photo featuring the Duke of Sussex and his children, 5-year-old Princess Lilibet is seen doing a backflip after her father threw her into the air.
Both Lilibet and seven-year-old Prince Archie, seen in the background of the picture, appear to be quite confident in the water.
Princess Charlene took to Instagram a few days later with a message on World Drowning Prevention Day.
He said in a statement: “On World Drowning Prevention Day, I would like to remind everyone that these tragedies are often preventable.
“Learning to swim, knowing life-saving techniques and staying alert can save lives.”
He added: “The Princess Charlene Foundation reinforces this commitment through an awareness campaign in Monaco and various coastal cities every summer, promoting safe behavior and reminding as many people as possible of the basic steps they can take to stay safe.
“As periods of extreme heat drive more people to the water, taking precautions is more important than ever.
“Drowning gives no warning; a few seconds of attention can make a big difference. Together, let’s make water safety a priority for everyone.”
Lilibet and Archie also appeared in other photos in Meghan’s post; Including Archie sitting in the pilot’s seat on a plane.
