Heavy to very heavy rain forecast for nine Telangana districts for July 30

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange warning indicating heavy to very heavy rainfall in nine Telangana districts on Thursday, July 30, 2026, and a yellow warning indicating heavy rainfall in six districts.

Nine Telangana districts are under orange alert

As per IMD’s latest bulletin, heavy to very heavy rains are very likely to occur at isolated places in Adilabad, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak and Kamareddy districts.

Six Telangana districts are under yellow alert

Moreover, heavy rains are likely to occur at isolated places in Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally and Mulugu districts.

Hyderabad weather forecast

The next 24 hours will see generally cloudy skies in and around Hyderabad city. “Light to moderate rain or thunderstorms are very likely to occur in the city. Maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 28°C and 22°C respectively,” according to the bulletin.
