The man who threw a New York city skyscraper and shot four people before he bought his own life on Monday, said he had built the rifle he used.
Authorities question a partner of the suspect in supplying the components of the AR-15-style attack rifle used in the attack.
New York City Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said that the suspect in the 27 -year -old Manhattan’s attack “gathered” the gun he used in the shoot.
