Barrios double takes Atletico Madrid past Seattle Sounders in Club World Cup
After being sweeping 4-0 aside by Paris Saint-Germain in Group B openers in Rose Bowl, Atletico presented a much more convincing screen in Lumen Field.
Hoping to increase the previous sadness from Inter Miami’s European opposition, Seattle found them behind and lucky to avoid a heavier loss.
Atletico came out in an aggressive way and created a few early chances. Alexander Sorloth, Julian Alvarez had a clear opportunity before dancing to send his shot with Defense.
