Monash University academic named after child abuse material allegedly shown in lecture

During a conference at a city university, child abuse materials were selected as a Melbourne legal academician who was allegedly flashing on the screen.

74 -year -old Justice Alan Boulton is the former Senior Vice President of the Fair Labor Commission and was accused of the material exhibited during a university conference in CBD on February 5th.

On February 12, he interviewed the police who seized their electronic devices while looking for the Middle Park house.

The Victoria police now accused Boulton of having child abuse materials and having two child abuse materials.

The University of Monash confirmed that the 74 -year -old child was working at the university, but was immediately suspended and after the February incident “removed from all the lecturers”.

Monash University spokesman, the institution’s investigations helping the police and students, staff and the wider community of the welfare of the “highest priority”, he added.

“The University of Monash was informed of concerns about an incident in February 2025 and directed the issue to the Victoria Police. We continue to support the ongoing investigation.”

He graduated from 74 -year -old Sydney University, according to a closed website about Boulton on Monash University website, and was appointed as the first law officer of the Australian Unions Council in 1979.
