Australia urged to take key step to stamp out racism

Australia’s racial discrimination commissioner rejects the concept of “daily racism ve and the prejudice has a significant cost on the economy.

Mr. Sivaraman said that the problem needs investment contrary to temporary and discrete approaches from past governments.

The authority added that the sound of the parliamentary referendum held in October 2023 has led to an increase in discrimination and prejudice against the indigenous people.
