Ceremony marks 80th anniversary of atomic bombing

During a 80 -year ceremony since the United States left an atomic bomb in Japanese city, one minute silence was held in Hiroshima on Wednesday.

Japan Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba attended the ceremony and called on all countries to work for nuclear disarmament.

Ishiba, Hiroshima’s Peace Monument Park, the audience, “a nuclear warless world and ultimately a nuclear unarmed world to make every effort to realize,” he said.

In Hiroshima, bombs fell and Nagasaki killed more than 200,000 people – some of them immediately exploded, some of them from radiation and burns.
