Israeli Military Chief Opposes Netanyahu Plan To Expand Gaza Occupation

KURSALEM/KAIRO, August 6 (Reuters) – Israel’s military chief, Benjamin Netanyahu’s plans to seize Gaza regions, three Israeli officials, both abroad and abroad faced the increasing pressure on the war.
During a three -hour meeting on Tuesday, the military Chief of General Staff Eyal Zamir warned the Prime Minister that he could trap the army in the area where the rest of Gaza were taken twenty years ago and could harm hostages there.
