First migrants detained under UK-France returns deal, Starmer confirms

The Prime Minister confirmed that the first immigrants who came to England after the British channel were detained with France under the new “One In, One External” agreement.
After the first detention came to Dover on Wednesday, the first day of the pilot plan came into force.
The agreement, which was declared by the Prime Minister at a joint press conference with Emmanuel Macron last month, means that any adult immigrants passing the channel will now be under the risk of return.

For every small boat immigrant sent back during the British channel, a asylum seeker will be allowed to enter the UK under a legal route.
British officials aim to refer to France for a return to France within three days after a person arrives by a small boat, while the French authorities will respond within 14 days.
Adults and families in France are now interested in coming to England through an online platform established by the Ministry of Interior. They will have to meet their conformity criteria, standard visa application process and security checks.
The Prime Minister who sent it to the social media said: “We detained the first illegal immigrants under our new agreement before returning to France. There is no Gimmicks, only results.
“If you break the law to enter this country, you will encounter being sent back. When I say that I will not stand to secure our limits, I mean it.”
The Ministry of the Interior later published some images that showed that he had reached a Western Jet foil in Dover and was considered medically.
The video also showed dark gray tracksuits and men wearing bottoms.
The government hopes that the new plan will come to the number of people coming to England after the channel has passed by increasing the tensions on the issue.
Throughout the UK, there are protests against the use of hotels hosting asylum seekers, and was arrested after a protest on Sunday, except for a hotel in London in Canary Wharf.
The Ministry of Interior said that the detention has begun for those who arrived on Wednesday afternoon and that they will be in the migratory lifting centers until they were returned to France.
Interior Minister Yette Cooper said: “Yesterday, under this groundbreaking new treaty conditions, the first group of people to cross the channel was detained after arriving to Western Jet Foly and will now be detained until he returned to France.
“This sends a message to every immigrant who is currently thinking of paying organized crime gangs at the moment that they will risk their lives to England and that they will throw their money if they enter a small boat.”
However, there is a confusion as to whether the British-France agreement has left a gap to allow the deportation of human rights claims.
The conditions of the agreement include a substance that said that the immigrants who came to the UK via small boat should confirm that the agreement should not be a “extraordinary human rights claim ında to return to France, and that they could disappoint them to deport attempts to France.
Critics argued that this could risk making false practices in order to disappoint the deportation process and cause delays.
Home Office sources, ongoing human rights migrants, the UK courts in the UK until the allegations of the UK will not be removed from the UK, he said.
However, if a request is not initiated, an individual can be removed and other legal difficulties are discussed in the French courts.
In addition, it is understood that people with unfounded claims can be abolished even if there is a possibility of legal difficulties in the future.
Emek promised to destroy the number of people coming to England on small boats at the center of the government plan.
However, with a high record of records and still over 75,000 asylum accumulation, there is pressure for ministers to take harder action – the reform is even worsened by British success in surveys.
Last week, the figures showed that the number of immigrants who came to England after the British channel exceeded 25,000 – the oldest point in a calendar year in which 25,000 signs have passed since the first report on channel transitions in 2018.
