Two arrested after video of Orthodox Jews being sprayed by water pistol

After a video of the Jewish people who were sprayed with water became viral, two men were arrested.
The Great Manchester Police (GMP) said that on Thursday, Farnworth, 26 and 36 -year -old suspects arrested in Bolton – were detained in questioning the suspicion of racial aggravated joint attack.
The force is aware of the video shared online, showing two men in a car, laughing while spraying liquid from the visible Jewish pedestrians and joking.
As a part of the investigation, the officers seized a vehicle seen in a shot with a water gun suspected of being used during the incident.
Simon Ashcroft, the chief inspector of the Salford region of GMP, said: uz We take this event with maximum seriousness and act quickly to make arrests. We have a zero tolerance approach to hate any way in any way, and we undertake that our communities are safe and supported.
“We continue to work closely with our partners to provide assurance and encourage everyone to stand out. We also realize that there may be more victims than other images and call everyone who believes that they aim to communicate with GMP or Community Security Trust (CST).”

CST (community security Trust), a charity that looks at security for British Jews, said in a statement earlier on Twitter: “After the terrible shared anti -Semitic videos yesterday, two male male racially aggravated joint attack was arrested.
“He wants to thank CST @GMPolice for his support and fast actions.”
