New Zealand win Test series against Zimbabwe but remain scoreless in WTC points table; Here’s why

Why didn’t New Zealand benefit at the WTC Point Desk?
Although New Zealand easily wins, they will not get any points at the 2025-27 ICC World Test Championship (WTC) because Zimbabve is not one of the top nine test rankings included in the WTC. So, games against Zimbabve are not counted on a team’s WTC scores. This also happened when South Africa won against Zimbabve, but when he did not get a WTC score.
Currently, Australia is at the top of the WTC 2025-27 points table with 12 points and 100%and is followed by Sri Lanka and India.
