Tension mars Vontimitta ZPTC Bypoll as TDP, YSRCP cadres clash

On Tuesday, the election for the Vontimitta ZPTC seat witnessed the tense moments in which the ruling Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) clashed in various surveys.
Kotha Madavaram, Chinna Kottapalle, Salabad, Nadimpalli, Gollapalli, Gandlapalle and Mantapampalle voting stations near the confrontation events were reported. YSRCP claimed that TDP workers attacked party activists in the presence of Ramprasad Reddy, Minister of Transportation Mandipalli.
The reports allegedly fake votes in Chinna Kottapalle encouraged Mr. Ramprasad Reddy and the TDP President Jaganmohan Raju to hurry to the booth. Their arrival triggered tension, TDP activists allegedly chased and chased the attacks of YSRCP survey agents and other candidates. YSRCP accused TDP of pamping with large -scale arms at the stand.
Similar claims appeared from Gandlapalle, where YSRCP agents were chased from voting centers. Local TDP ZPTC candidate Muddu Krishna Reddy village Mantapampalle’de TDP leaders forcibly tried to enter a polls cabin, but claimed that they have been stopped by their cadres. Near the Temple of Swamy in the Kodandarama, there were also reports of TDP leaders who removed opponent party agents.
YSRCP leaders P. Ravindranath Reddy and former Prime Minister SB Amzath Basha organized a road protest by accusing Mr. Ramprasad Redd of attacking YSRCP workers. The police detained their leaders with several party workers and shifted them to the police station in Vontimitta.
