Hilbert childcare centre sold for $5m

A Hilbert Children’s Care Center was sold to a local investor for $ 5.28 million.

RP data showed that Brian Sullivan Property Pty Ltd bought small students in 26 Harness Streets from Auswide International Investment.

According to the records of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the presence of the buyer is controlled by Bateman’s Brian Sullivan.

The land is spread over 2,485 square meters with a floor area of 758 square meters.

ASIC documents showed that Talha Patel from Canning Vale was the director of Auswide.

Richard Giorgi from Burgess Rawson and Christopher Carcione entered the deal.

Mr. Carcione said that Hilbert in Armadale was prepared for development.

“The recipient’s appeal was caused by a combination of the position of the property, long -term land supply for housing to support child care and general market trends in Hilbert,” he said.

“Such properties attract attention due to their proximity to developing infrastructure and community facilities.”

The property is close to more than one empty party, including a site that Burgess Rawson says that it belongs to Coles and is set for a shopping center.

A primary school with a capacity of 1,000 will open its doors in Hilbert in February next year.

Wungong Primary School Plan proposed by the Ministry of Education was approved by the land redevelopment committee in mid -2014.

According to the proposal, construction costs are estimated to be $ 36 million.
