Taliban to drop flowers from helicopters on anniversary

Taliban says that he will take a shower from helicopters to a shower with flowers to mark the fourth anniversary of his return to power in Afghanistan.

UNESCO Director Audrey Azoulay said in a statement on Thursday that Afghanistan is the only country where secondary and higher education in the world is strictly prohibited for girls and women.

“Approximately 2.2 million were banned from going beyond the primary level to the school due to this regular decision,” Azoulay said. He said.

“Women’s exclusion from public life, half of the country’s population already live under the poverty limit, there are disaster results for long -term development.”

Last year’s anniversary celebrations were held at Bagram Airport, the center of the US War to defeat the Taliban and hunt the Al Qaeda perpetrators of 9/11 attacks.

Women, including female journalists from Associated Press and Agency France-Presse, were banned from this incident.
