NFLPA lawyer who helped trigger FBI probe now on leave over workplace complaints

McPhee was not given federal information status in the FBI investigation, and they do not have legal protection under this assignment. The scope of the criminal investigation is uncertain, but more than one NFL and MLB players have been contacted by the researchers.
