The President of the Ukraine said he would fly to Washington on Monday to meet with Donald Trump after a telephone conversation with the US President, which was informed about the key points of the Alaska Summit. Zelenskyy said that his speech with Trump was “long and fundamental”.

“President Trump informed [me] About the Russian leader and the main points of his discussions, Z Zelenskyy wrote that Ukraine supports Trump’s two -sided meeting proposal between two men and Vladimir Putin.

Zelenskyy explained what the key discussion points between Trump and Putin are, the President’s Chief Communication Advisor said that they did not hear anything about a possible air ceasefire before a leadership summit in response to a journalist’s social media post.

European leaders participated in the call for half an hour, and Zelenskyy emphasized that “Europeans are at every stage to ensure reliable security guarantees with America”.

Zelenskyy also had “positive signals” from the United States, reflecting the diplomatic language from last week to the summit.
