Three people dead, others wounded after shooting in New York club Taste of the City Lounge

After shooting at a crowded New York City club, three people were killed and others were injured.

Inspectors believe that Crown Heights opened fire with more than one gun at Tat of the City Lounge in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Crown Heights in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The New York Police Department commissioner Jessica Tisch told journalists after a dispute.

“A terrible shooting in the city of New York, Tis Tisch said in a news briefing.

He said that the officers were investigating at least 36 shell cases from the hall as well as a firearms discovered in a nearby street.

Those who were believed to be eight men and three women were treated in hospitals due to life -threatening injuries.

The shooting comes in a low year for armed violence in New York
