MEA Fact-Checks Social Media Fundraising Campaign to ‘Save’ Nimisha Priya | India News

On Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MEA) rejected allegations circulating on social media, seeking monetary support in connection with the Nimisha Priya case.
In an article in X, Mea Factcheck said that allegations were looking for monetary contributions to a government on a bank account determined by India.

Previously, a task called on what he claimed directly to donate that he had a state account to collect funds for the case. Mea announced that such allegations were wrong and warned against interaction with them.

Nimisha Priya case
