Charge dropped for foiled stunt at Woodside boss’s home

A conspiracy charges against a climate activist in the family house of Woodsyide Energy Boss fell.

40 -year -old Joana Partyka was accused of conspiracy after arresting three activists at the Perth house of Meg O’Neill, WoodSide CEO of the Anti -Terrorist Police in August 2023.

Jesse Noakes, Matilda Lane-Rose, Gerard Mazza and Emil Davey were found guilty to make illegal damage and unauthorized entry on the protest in the same court in February.

Noakes was fined $ 2500 and Mazza was fined $ 3500.
