Men found not guilty of murdering their own elderly relative
The two men were not found guilty of killing their own elderly relatives who were deadly attacked in his home in the north of Sydney while sitting in front of his and wife television.
60 -year -old Tony Phillip Tadrosse and 35 -year -old Danny Stephen, on April 29, 2020, 86 -year -old Kalim Saliba’yı was not guilty of killing and his wife Shahidy Saliba’yı attempted to rob.

The hearing of the NSW Supreme Court heard that Kalim was killed in Cherrybrook’s house during a seriously injured house invasion.
The hearing continued on Wednesday for three weeks when Justice Natalie Adams directed the jury to find the guilty of all charges.
The court heard that the crown did not provide evidence that Tadrosse and Stephen planned to carry out crimes accused.
Following the direction of the judge, the jury acquitted the couple of all charges.
During the hearing, Stephen, who was prosecution, Tadrosse, the great nephew of Salibas, and another extended family member, was financially motivated after hearing that the victims kept a large amount of cash in their homes.
Sydney was 86 years old when his grandfather died.

While witnessing, Shahidy told me that he turned down the volume on TV when he heard strange sounds shortly after midnight while he was sitting next to his sleeping husband.
