The Swiss Court found a 15 -year -old businessman for sexual harassment on a flight. The 44 -year -old married man attacked the young man from Mumbai to Zurich during a nine -hour journey.

She was sitting next to the perpetrator and spoke to her for a short time before she fell asleep. While sleeping, the man continued to take sexual actions on himself and himself. The 44 -year -old confessed to the actions at a hearing at the Büaç Regional Court and said that he made a mistake.

He admitted that the young person did not consent to sexual activity.

The court hearing comes after the latest amendments to the rape laws of Switzerland after fiery debates. The Swiss National Council and the Council of States agreed on a formula and “no” here.

The change came into force a year ago and if the victim states through words or gestures that they do not accept sexual action, rape is now thought to occur.

Before the change, the rape was thought to occur only if the attacker threatened the victim or used violence.

The 44 -year -old man was suspended for a 1.5 -year -old penalty, but since March he has been detained, he will not have to serve time.

The sentence was defined by the president as soft and “barely appropriate”.

The attack has been banned from entering Switzerland for the next five years, and it is forbidden to engage in any activity that includes regular contact with minors for life.

The man was released from the detention and was delivered to the migration office for deportation and will have to pay 9,000 CHF (£ 8,250) to cover the costs of the hearing.
