Trans woman sexually assaulted man by concealing she had male genitalia while on a ‘date’, court hears

A transsexual woman is accused of sexual assault after ‘hiding the male genital organ’ during a night with a history of Snapchat for a night.
21 -year -old Ciara Watkin spent the night with a man after exchanging messages on the social media platform.
Prosecutor Paul Reid told Teesside Crown Court that Watkin was doing sex actions on the man after coming to a house in North Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, a few years ago.
Mr. Reid said he claimed that Watkin was at a time, so that the man will not touch the defendant’s waist.
The prosecutor said that Watkin later contacted his history to reveal a ‘big secret’. The messages sent between the two were read to the jury.
When the alleged sacrifice asks if the secret is pregnant, Watkin said, ‘I am Trans. I’m sorry I didn’t tell you. ‘
The man texted: ‘WTF. So do you have ads? Before repeating the question.
Watkin added: ‘That’s why you didn’t.’

The prosecution said that Watkin was like a period, so that the man would not touch the defendant’s waist.
“The defendant had hidden his penis from the man during his short relationships, dedi he said to the jury.
‘The man said that if he knew that Watkin was transsexual, he would not show consent. He said: “I don’t shake this way.” ‘
The court heard Watkin’s Snapchat profile using a female cartoon avatar and there was no discussion about sexuality or gender.
Watkin from Thornaby rejected two points of sexual assault and a number penetration while the hearing continued at Teeside Crown Court
When he was arrested, Watkins said to the officers: ‘I and her had sex without her. He didn’t like it when I told him that I was a different sex. ‘
“He acknowledged that sexual activity took place,” Reid said, summarizing the case of prosecution.
Watkin from Thornaby rejected sexual assault twice with sexual assault and penetration.
