Later, he noticed that the scammers were cheating on the 1,05 RS Crore setting. Based on the complaint, the police registered a lawsuit in accordance with the 66C and 66D CT Law and other provisions of the BNS and investigated the case.

The defendant, Haydarabad Police Commissioner (Cyber ​​Competitions) Modus Operandi’nin Dara Kavitha, scammers victims and Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp and other social media platforms such as victims through victims said. Frauds are posing as representatives of reputable companies and make WhatsApp and internet calls to communicate with the victims. In this case, the defendant, who uses the account identity information and the crypto wallet, bought a blockchain platform designed to facilitate the digital use of Fiat currencies and transferred to Chen Chen from China.

The investigation revealed that the arrested people have obtained more than 50 bank accounts, that deceived fund rupees direct the crore and transfer the same thing abroad. Thus, the seven defendants created an organized cyber crime gang that deceived innocent victims throughout India by imitating well -known companies and attracting them with high return promises.
