Three men are charged after teenage girl is ‘drugged and raped’ in London park – as fourth man is released on bail
After allegedly a young girl was allegedly numb and attacked in a park, three men were accused of rape.
A fourth man, who was arrested on suspicion of implementing a substance to commit sexual crimes, was released on bail in waiting for more investigations.
Police was called to Fishponds Park in Surbiton in southwest London just before 7.15 on Thursday morning to inform a 17 -year -old girl.
Forensic teams were seen to scan the area throughout the day – civil servants established a crime in the park.
Met Police said that three men have been accused of rape since then and they appeared in the Wimbledon Magistrate Court on Saturday morning.
These are 35 -year -old Vladas Rupeika, Nerijus Venckus of 36 -year -old Surbiton and 41 -year -old Peter Hoppe from Tolworth.
Rupeika was accused of rape, Venckus was accused of penetration of rape and attack, and Hoppe was accused of oral rape.
Met police spokesman today said: ‘Surbiton, Fishponds Park after the allegations of rape and sexual assault three people were accused.
The police were called to Surbiton, Fishponds Park in South-West London just before 7.15 on Thursday morning.
‘A 17 -year -old girl was raped and sexually assaulted at the Fishponds Park in Surbiton, followed by the police on Thursday, August 21 at 7.13 at 7.13.
35 -year -old Vladas Rupeika of EPSOM was accused of rape on Friday, August 22nd. On Saturday, August 23, he appeared in the Wimbledon Magistrate Court and was detained.
36 -year -old Nerijus Venckus of Surbiton was accused of rape and attack on Friday, August 22nd. On Saturday, August 23, he appeared in the Wimbledon Magistrate Court and was detained.
41 -year -old Peter Hoppe of Tolworth was accused of oral rape on Friday, August 22nd.
On Saturday, August 23rd, he took part in the Croydon Magistrate Court and was detained.
