Hawaii’s Kilauea volcano erupts creating lava fountain

The big lava fountains sprayed 100FT air in the latest explosion of Hawaii’s Kilauea volcano.

The video, published by the United States Geological Study (USGS), explodes Hawaii’s Kilauea in Big Island 31 times in less than a year – this makes it one of the most active volcanoes in the world.

Fresh lava began to come out of the volcano at 14:04 local time (01:04 bst).

The activity of the volcano is closely monitored and this new event did not threaten the houses.
