NCW Seeks Action Report in Greater Noida Dowry Death Case

New Delhi: The National Women’s Commission (NCW) received the consciousness of Nikki Bhatti’s Dowry Murder case in Noida, the suo motu.
NCW President Vijaya Koşar wrote to Uttar Pradesh Police General Manager (DGP) and requested a detailed action report within three days.
The directive requires immediately the arrest of all individuals accused in the case. The letter also emphasized the need for the police to ensure the safety of the victim’s family and the relevant witnesses.
The Commission emphasized the need for a fair and fast investigation and provided sufficient security to the victim’s family and witnesses. The Commission asked the police general manager to give a detailed action report within three days.
In the early hours today, the police arrested the deceased woman Nikki Bhati’s mother -in -law in connection with the alleged dowry death case.
Nikki’s husband Vipin Bhati was shot in the leg during a police match and was admitted to a hospital for treatment. Vipin Bhati was sent to custody of a 14 -day judiciary.
Police, the deceased’s husband, then defeated his wife who succumbed to the injury, said he was accused of setting fire. He was also often accused of attacking Nikki.
Speaking with the memory of the hospital bed, Bhati rejected the allegations. Im I didn’t kill him. He died on his own, ”he said. When asked about physical attack charges, “husband and wife often fight, very common …” he replied.
The victim’s father said that he had 70 percent burns to Anı and died in the new Delhi Safdarjung Hospital.
“My eldest daughter reached there as soon as I called me … The doctor told me that he was burning 70%. We took him to Safdarjungung Hospital. The doctor told me to take it back because he could not survive. They had to get married in 2016. He had to get married. He started harassing him a few days after marriage … RS. In the meantime, the family of the deceased woman Nikki Bhati, today, a protest outside the police station to the Kasana and demanded justice.
The father of the deceased claimed that he had killed him about the dowry demands of his mother -in -law.
