Mount Sinai Health System to pay $5.2M in privacy class action settlement
New York (PIX11) – Sina Mountain Health System, patient information is allegedly leaking on Facebook using monitoring tools, a $ 5.2 million class action agreement accepted.
Between 27 October 2020 and October 27, 2023, the agreement benefits individuals who enter the MYCART accounts.
Class members can get cash payment. The amount will vary depending on the number of requests offered.
The final approval hearing is planned to be held on 24 October 2025. Mount Sina did not accept any mistakes.
