Delhi Development Authority (DDA) invited applications for the Premium housing scheme 2025. Within the scope of the program, DDA offers more than 150 apartments divided into various categories in various neighborhoods of the National Capital. The records within the scope of the program were launched on Tuesday, August 21st.
Which apartments are offered under the DDA scheme?
DDA, Vasant Kunj, Jasola (Pocket 9b) and Dwarka (Sector 19b) under the scheme offers 39 high -income groups (HIG). Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Dwarka and Pitampura also have a 48 middle -income group (MIG) apartments. The schema also includes a 22 low -income group (LIG) apartment in Rohini. In addition, there are 66 apartments under the extendable housing scheme (EHS) category in Pocket 9, Nasirpur, Dwarka, two self-financing schema (SFS) Category-II apartments are presented in Rohini Sector 18 and Shahalimar Bagh. Schema also offers 16 car garages in Pitampura and 51 Scooter Garage in Mall Road and Ashok Vihar.
What are the prices for apartments and garages?
According to DDA, Hig Flats has a separated price ranging from 1.64 RS and 2.54 RS. Mig apartments are priced with 1.5 RS Crore with RS 60 Lakh. League apartments come with prices separated between 39 Lakh RS and RS 54 Lakh. The apartments under the SFS category-II apartments are likely to be priced from 90 Lakh RS to 1.07 RS. EHS apartments are priced as 38.7 Lakh. The car/scooter garages have allocated prices between 3.17 Lakh and RS 43 Lakh, depending on Type and Garage.
How can you apply to the DDA Housing Chart?
People who want to buy an apartment within the scope of the program will have to participate in an e-gauge increase. Registrations will be adopted until 24 October and e-gauge increases will be made on 6, 7 and 8 October. The DDA collects 2,500 RS as a transaction fee that cannot be adjusted and non -returned to each apartment or garage offered by a participant.
