Team India’s New Fitness and Endurance Drill

The Cricket Control Board (BCCI) in India has introduced a new rugby-orijin fitness and durability exercise for Team India players.
The news attracted a mixed reaction with former actor Manoj Tiwary, and it was called a deliberate attempt to keep the players like Rohit Sharma, while the legend of South Africa, EU de Villiers, called it the worst.
The new test was introduced by Adrian Le Roux, Power and Condition coach of India Team India, approved by head coach Gautam Gambhir.
The new drill is now participating in the built-in Yo-Yo test and a 2-kilometer time attempt.
What is the bronco test:
The Bronco test demands five continuous service sets covering 20 meters, 40 meters and 60 meters, which is without resting up to 1,200 meters.
To make things more interesting, the drill must be completed within six minutes and make it more challenging than intermittent tests such as yo-yo.
How over:
Four points would be marked in a field.
1 – starting point
2 – 20 meters point
3 – 40 meters point
4 – 60 meters point
The players start at the first point and run to 60 meters (and Fro) and then run to 40 mt (To Fro) and then starting to 20 mt (and Fro).
The movement is seen as an attempt to improve and improve the fitness of fast pottery and players.
