Shingles vaccine may lower the risk of heart attack and stroke, study finds

According to the first global work of the type of zone vaccine, the risk of heart attack and stroke can almost reduce the risk of stroke.
The researchers reviewed the evidence between herpes zoster vaccine and heart problems used to prevent zone.
The results have shown that Zona jab is associated with 18 percent lower stroke or risk of heart attacks in adults aged 18 and over. There was a 16 percent decrease in the risk of cardiovascular incident in adults aged 50 years and older.
Data will be presented to cardiologists at the annual meeting of the European Cardiology Association in Madrid this weekend this weekend.
Labor writer Dr Charles Williams, Medical Medical Director for vaccinations in GSK, said, ık We have looked at the existing evidence at the moment and found that vaccination against Herpes Zoster is associated with lower cardiovascular event risk such as heart attacks or strokes.
“To find out if this association cannot be attributed to a effect on herpes zoster vaccination, more research should be studied.”
Zona is a common disease caused by the Suiçpox virus. Infection may cause a painful rash and can cause serious complications, including vision loss, hearing problems and scarring.
Vaccines are available in NHS, only over 65 years of age or between 70 to 79 years of age and a seriously weakened immune system over 50 years of age.
Systematic compilation was performed using three scientific literature databases and a meta-analysis was performed using observational studies examining the effects of phase 3 randomized controlled studies and cardiovascular events.
“Although our findings are encouraging, the existing data we work for has some limitations,” Williams said.
“Almost all evidence has come from observational studies that are prone to prejudice and should not be used to remove causality.
“All studies used in meta-analysis are primarily aimed at investigating the use of Herpes zoster vaccine to prevent zone in the general population, which may limit this research to people who have a higher cardiovascular risk. This shows more research needs in this field.”
NHS announced this week that 300,000 more people will be suitable for zone vaccine as of September 1. Jab will be offered to those between 18-49 years of age with a serious weak immune system.
It is seen as an effective measure for the prevention of cardiovascular disease, including vaccination, heart attack and stroke.
More than a million people a previous study European Heart Magazine Earlier this year, he found that the people who were vaccinated for zone had a 23 percent lower cardiovascular event, including stroke, heart failure and coronary heart disease.
