Canary Wharf submits plans for Olympic-sized lido in heart of financial district

Canary Wharf announced proposals to build an Olympic Lido floating in the heart of the finance zone.
Natural Water Lido is planned to be built on the Dock, which is against the main entrance of the CANARY WARF, the team behind the first National Open Water Swimming Center in Brighton, England.
The complex also has a community club building, fitness lessons and restaurants. The complex should be opened in the summer of 2026 subject to planning permission.
Fully life -free Lido, which has a life of life, will have a fixed depth of 1.3 meters and swim on the quay, which is cut from the Thames River and naturally filtered.

Plans were published on Thursday night on the website of Canary Wharf Group before being submitted to the Tower Hamlets Council next month.
