Boy, 12, dies after falling over in park recreational grounds

Police said a 12 -year -old child died after falling into the entertainment area in Cheshire.

After being informed by the North Western ambulance service, he fell from the parking apparatus in Winsford Ledward Street in Winsford and fell from the parking apparatus in the recreation Ground and was seriously injured by the Cheshire police on Friday evening.

Despite the best efforts of the medical staff who treat him at the scene, he was killed.

Detective Sergeant John Rhodes called the vulnerable people who protected the incident from the Investigation Unit “Deep Tragic”.

He said: “This was a deep tragic event containing a very young victim, and our thoughts remain with the family and friends of the child who died at the scene.

“As part of our investigation into this incident, we ask everyone who may be outside or around the Ledward Street in Winsford, Winsford, and see anything that can help us in our investigations.

“At this stage, I want to ask the people not to be fed in any speculation, especially on social media, because this continues to be an ongoing investigation.”
