A former deputy who resigned after the allegations of use of sexual abuse and cocaine died at the age of 59.

David Warburton represented the Somerton and Frome election zone in Somerset from 2015 to June 2023.

Scotland Yard said that the police were called to an address in Sands End in Western London on August 26th, where a man in his 50s was found dead at the scene.

Officers act as “unexpected but not suspicious” to death.

Former deputy accepted the use of cocaine, but rejected his sexual abuse against him and hit a parliamentary investigation for 14 months of allegations during his resignation.

He said that a fair hearing was rejected and leaving another option than provoking the “uprising of a elections” by the liberal democratic deputy Sarah Dyke.

In the last summer general elections, the seat was removed as part of the border changes that came into force.
