Private collection – stolen gems in Paris man’s undies

The French police arrested a traveler hiding a large number of luxury jewels worth millions of luxury jewels in a Paris train station.

The Paris prosecutor’s Office said on Monday that the investigations about the processing of stolen goods related to the gang were initiated against the man and a detained criminal partner. Men also found an angle grinder in a suitcase.

According to the Le Parisien newspaper, referring to the inspectors, men were already known by the authorities, and after a train arrived, Gare de Lyon was stopped during a routine check at the long -distance train station.

During the examination, the officers discovered that one of the men hidden a luxury clock in underwear and a large number of jewelry. The transport also contained an estimated five million euros (A8.9 million), earrings worth two million euros (A3.6 million) and a ring worth a ring worth one million euros (A1.8 million).
