Boy, 13, arrested after 12-year-old died falling from roundabout ‘propelled by e-bike’

A man was arrested after he died after a doner junction.

The Cheshire police are investigating reports that 12-year-old Logan Carter died after the wheels of an e-bike were used to push the junction in Cheshire, Winsford on Friday.

A 13 -year -old child was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and was released under the investigation.
