Boy, 13, arrested after 12-year-old died falling from roundabout ‘propelled by e-bike’
A man was arrested after he died after a doner junction.
The Cheshire police are investigating reports that 12-year-old Logan Carter died after the wheels of an e-bike were used to push the junction in Cheshire, Winsford on Friday.
A 13 -year -old child was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and was released under the investigation.
Cheshire police said that the officers were called to the scene near Ledward Street at 18.11 at 18.11 by the North West Ambulance Service and that the child was seriously injured.

In a statement published by the Cheshire police on Sunday, Logan’s family gave tribute to a “little child full of life”.
“Logan was a very popular son, brother, grandchild, big grandson, cousin and friend,” he said.
“He had an infectious personality and a beautiful smile.
“Everyone wanted to be where Logan was.
“He was so full of life and was a little boy who wanted to make everyone laugh.
“It made it worth living every day.
“Logan was everyone’s therapy person, more than we can put in the inhabitants and words.
“We are getting comfort from the support words we receive while taking time to deal with the timeless loss of our blue -eyed son.”
His family shared a picture of his sons, who had a great fish after a fishing trip, smiled on the camera in the sun. A wafer was established to support his family in memory of his 12 -year -old, which has risen close to £ 9,000 in less than 24 hours with a target of £ 13,000 so far.
