Woman is charged after toddler’s arm ripped open in dog attack outside primary school

The arm of the child, who started a walk, was accused of a woman after being opened by a dog in an attack outside a primary school.
The three -year -old Bunnie was walking with his father and two siblings last Tuesday, and a Cockapoo was allegedly attacked the Miers Court Primary School in Rainham at 15.30.
His father, Rowen Skinley, said that he should hold the skin on his arm with his hands before running to help Kentonline.

Gillingham’s 50 -year -old Tracie Inkpen was accused of injuring a dangerous dog that was out of control on the same day.
He was later rescued and he will appear before the Medware Magistrate Court at a later date.
Last week, Bay Skinley said, ‘He’s going well now’ and added: ‘He was a little shaken and he continues to talk about how scared of the dog.’
Speaking about the attack, he said: ‘The main road was parallel to the school. I was just walking home after school.
‘The road was quite narrow and a woman was walking her dog on the real road.
“ At that time, the dog flocked for my daughter and pulled it to the ground. ”
Bystanders ran to help: ‘The people who saw the ones came and said that my daughter didn’t even put her hand in the dog.’
